Quinoa Seaweed Bowl Recipe

This quinoa seaweed bowl is loaded with nutritious ingredients like quinoa, seaweed, and vegetables. The soy sauce dressing brings everything together with its delicious umami flavor.

Ingredients

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the quinoa thoroughly.
  • Bring the quinoa and water to a boil in a pot.
  • Reduce the heat to low and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Soak seaweed for 10 minutes in water, then drain.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • Divide the quinoa into four bowls.
  • Seaweed, avocado, carrot, cucumber, and sesame seeds on top.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the top.
  • Eat and have fun.
