  • Combine cooked quinoa, black beans, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, egg, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Form the mixture into four patties.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook until the quinoa burgers are browned and heated through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
